What we did
Appointed as the Client’s Retained Engineer, overseeing Structural and
Civil Engineering designs throughout procurement, construction supervision, and inspection. Primarily involved in tender document production and retained for site supervision, design verification and other tasks. The facility benefits from a BREEAM ‘excellent’ score, exceeding UK building sustainability regulation standards.
Structural engineering
We supplied structural designs for cost assessment up to the Tender stage, subsequently retained by the client in a supervisory and evaluative capacity. This involved overseeing site activities and reviewing/supporting on contractor design proposals.
