Following a scoping exercise with Derby City Council, Rodgers Leask has prepared a Transport Assessment, Travel Plan, Site Access Designs, and internal layout tracking.

Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy

Rodgers Leask has prepared a Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy to ensure that the site will be adequately protected against flooding and that surface water and foul drainage will be adequately provided for.
