“By Far The Best Opportunity I’ve had” – New Recruit Features in Apprenticeship Case Study

08.01.19

At Rodgers Leask we know that our staff are our most important asset and as a company we have always had a positive commitment to mentoring and encouraging them through all stages of their career and professional development.

We have engineers, technical and support staff that have come to us via the traditional University route, but we also have trainees that either by apprenticeships or part time study become qualified in their chosen field, whether it’s a business administration or engineering related qualification.

Sophie Foster is one of our latest recruits and joined Rodgers Leask in autumn 2018 as an administrator through a vacancy with CT Skills – a training and apprenticeship specialist. She is gaining real business experience and already setting career goals whilst working towards her business administration qualification. Her progress with us to date and ‘can do’ spirit has not only made her a welcome addition to the team but also led to CT Skills selecting her for their latest case study into the benefits of choosing an apprenticeship.
