Rodgers Leask Assist in Another New Planning Approval

Great to be involved in another successful planning application with Harworth Group and Pegasus Group Planning

The Harworth Estates development site at Hilton, Derbyshire for 45 units has been granted outline planning permission by South Derbyshire District Council. Rodgers Leask provided the Flood Risk Assessment and Preliminary Utilities Appraisal, whilst Rodgers Leask Environmental whilst Rodgers Leask Environmental undertook the necessary ground investigations.
