Approval Gained for Harworth Estates Scheme at Market Warsop, Nottinghamshire

Rodgers Leask and Rodgers Leask Environmental were pleased to work with Pegasus Group Planning and Harworth Estates to support an application for a proposed development at Market Warsop.

Outline planning approval has been granted by Mansfield District Council for the Harworth Estates scheme comprising 400 dwellings at the site at Stonebridge Lane.

Phase 1 Geo-environmental Desk Study work was completed by Rodgers Leask Environmental whilst Rodgers Leask provided the Flood Risk Assessment and Preliminary Utilities Appraisal in support of the successful application.
