Becketwell Performance Venue secures planning permission

We are thrilled to hear that the proposed new 3,500 capacity performance venue at Becketwell, Derby last night secured planning permission at committee.

This will be a huge step forward for the city of Derby and we offer our congratulations to the whole team involved in pulling this planning application together for Client St James Securities Limited!

The venue will be operated by Derby City Council and world class venue operators ASM Global.

Planning permission marks a significant step forward in the £200m Becketwell regeneration scheme and strengthens the city’s bid for City of Culture 2025!
