Wayne’s well deserved promotion

Congratulations to Wayne Newton, from our Derby Civils office on being promoted to Senior Engineer.

Wayne joined Rodgers Leask in 2014 as a Graduate Engineer, progressing up to Civil Engineer in 2016. In 2018 and after two years study on day release from the company, Wayne graduated with a BEng in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from nearby Derby University, achieving his degree with First Class Honours. 

His recent promotion to Senior Engineer is in recognition of his professional development and a his continued hard work, dedication and desire to succeed. A real team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, Wayne’s promotion is richly deserved and our warmest congratulations go to him. Well done Wayne!

Wayne is one of our many success stories at Rodgers Leask. We have a long held belief that our staff are our greatest asset and we don’t just say this – we practice what we preach.
