First class result in Birmingham

As a company we always say that our staff are our best asset and nothing gives us greater pleasure than sharing in the success of our colleagues as they achieve their personal and professional goals.

Today is no different as we say congratulations to Hamse Nuur on collecting his First Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from Birmingham City University.

Hamse, one of our newest members of staff joined the Longbridge team in January this year on a part-time basis whilst completing his final year studies. Under the expert guidance of Longbridge civils Associate Steve Drew, Hamse as a Graduate Engineer had been learning the ropes with Steve as his mentor and gaining some real hands-on project experience.

Hamse successfully completed his degree with a final dissertation on the subject of Retrofitting Sustainable Drainage Systems and is already a valued member of the Longbridge office, actively involved highways and drainage design with Steve and the wider team.
