Approval Gained for New Development in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire

Rodgers Leask and Rodgers Leask Environmental are pleased be supporting Harworth Estates and Pegasus Group Planning on the proposed Harworth Estates scheme at Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

Newark and Sherwood District Council has granted outline planning permission for the development, comprising 85 dwellings off Eakring Road, Bilsthorpe.

Rodgers Leask Environmental provided Phase 1 Geo-environmental Desk Study works whilst Rodgers Leask provided the Flood Risk Assessment and Preliminary Utilities Appraisal in support of the successful application.
