Rodgers Leask Champions Mental Health in the Workplace

Rodgers Leask Chairman Andy Leask was delighted to be invited to take part in yesterday’s Constructing Excellence Gloucestershire group meeting entitled “Mental Health in Construction”.
Held at the Isbourne Holistic Centre, Cheltenham, thought provoking presentations were given by Andy, along with Richard Croft of Viricom Ltd and Tom Watson of Project “Get A Grip” on the subject of mental health in the construction industry.

Andy continues to champion the issue of mental health in the workplace and through the Institute of Directors, was part of a group SME business leaders selected to contribute to the Stevenson/Farmer Review of Mental Health and Employers entitled “Thriving at Work”. The report was commissioned by the UK Government and published in October 2017. A link to the report is given here:
