Rodgers Leask Appointed as Civil, Structural and Geo-environmental Engineers for New Build Residential Development in Derby

Rodgers Leask has been appointed as civil, structural and geo-environmental engineers by Blom International B.V for their c.£10m new build residential development in Derby.

The Entrada development in Alvaston, Derby features 122 apartments spread over two multi-storey buildings, one eight-storey, and one three-storey, with associated infrastructure.

Rodgers Leask is working with Blom International to provide all civil and structural engineering services.

Working on the project from inception through to the successful planning application, Rodgers Leask has to date provided reports on Site Investigation, Flood Risk Assessment, and Drainage Strategy as well as providing assistance to Blom to procure appropriate Transport, Noise, and Air Quality Assessments.

Construction is expected to commence mid-2018.
