Adding value
By taking a proactive approach at the design stage, we were able to come up with a solution that maximised the small space. Our designs allowed the MOT area to be included in the building (rather than in a separate one as originally planned) and allow for rooftop parking. We also limited the project’s total embodied carbon by offering an efficient steel frame and foundation.
